Push the Rock Coins come from the slide, not the shove

Climb for height, peel off before the tire-out, then run the descent without eating the boulder you just pushed.

How to Farm Coins

Coins in Push the Rock are a descent currency. The shove sets height. Auto-push extends the shove. The slide is where you get paid. If you treat the climb as the farm, you will stand in the lane when your avatar tires, watch the boulder come back, and bank nothing. This page is the income step of the loop: how to leave, how to collect, and when to stop being greedy.

If you have not finished a first clean run, read getting started first. If you still think there is a missing key that magnetizes coins, read controls — there isn’t one. Movement is WASD or a thumbstick. Jump is space. Auto-push is a HUD button.

Studio Stinky’s experience is free, R15, 18 players per online server, launched 17 February 2026, last known update 13 April 2026. No known gamepasses. You cannot buy the farm. You repeat the farm.

Why the descent pays

The official pitch is the whole cycle: push to the top, slide at speed, collect coins, unlock partners, unlock maps. Income is attached to the high-speed return, not to idle standing. A longer climb usually means a longer pickup line. A crushed climb means you skip that line.

That trade is the whole skill. Height is value only if you convert it. Conversion requires a let-go you survive. Survive first, optimize second.

Other avatars drop coins on the same path. You can pick up along a busy lane. You can also get flattened by someone else’s rock. Eighteen people is a lot of granite. Farm in the gaps.

The safety window

Your avatar tires and lets go. The boulder can roll back and crush you. The safety window is the second before that happens. You spend it sideways or downhill, never staring at the skybox.

Signs you are late: you are still centered on the rock when the hold feels mushy; you try to restick from the front; you jump “through” the sphere. Jump is for lips and recoveries, not for becoming a bumper. Peel early on purpose until the timing is boring. Boring slides pay. Highlight-reel crushes do not.

Auto-push does not watch the window for you. It keeps pushing while a push is allowed. When the hold ends, the HUD toggle will not teleport you to the shoulder. If you came from an auto-farm thumbnail, understand this: the shipped farm is still a slide you have to steer.

How to run the slide

  1. Climb on the current world until the hold is about to fail. World 1 is enough income to start the partner board. Later maps are later. See the worlds walkthrough before you assume World 5 is a coin printer you can casually enter.
  2. Strafe off the lane. Confirm the rock’s path with your camera. Standard Roblox camera — no unique bind.
  3. Turn downhill. Slide or run. Stay on the pickup line without hugging the rolling sphere.
  4. Collect, keep moving, do not stop to open menus in the lane.
  5. At the bottom, open the partner board or sit on the coins. Then push again.

If a crowd is stacked on your rock, expect a shared wipe. Either take a slightly shorter climb with a cleaner shoulder, or wait one cycle for the lane to breathe. You do not need a party. The loop is solo-legal on an online server.

Mobile players should lock landscape if they keep missing the rock in portrait. You cannot farm a boulder you cannot see.

What to spend, and when to stop stacking coins

Unspent coins do not push for you. The board wants them. Unlock partners individually and buy the speed boost as its own purchase — details on how to get partners. A stack you never spend is a stack that did not change the next hold.

Spend cadence that works:

  • Bank a first helper you can feel, even if it is cheap.
  • Farm a few more clean slides.
  • Buy the speed boost if it is the next honest unique effect.
  • Then farm with the new kit instead of staring at grey portraits.

Do not sit on a pile because a YouTube title promised a million-coin partner this wiki cannot confirm. Buy tested rungs. Rank later using the partner tier list and builds.

Codes are not a farm. The HUD field exists. This wiki has no independently verified public list as of September 2026. Typing a string from Push and Slide is not income. See codes and find new codes if you insist on checking. Then go back to the slide.

Greed rules that actually cost coins

One more meter. The extra height is worthless if it is the meter where you tire. Leave on time.

Restick the descending rock. You will hit it with your face. That is not a tech this wiki documents because footage shows it as a wipe.

AFK in the lane with auto-push on. Auto-push ends. The rock returns. You are still standing there.

Opening the board mid-slope. Menus do not dodge granite. Buy at the bottom.

Chasing someone else’s line. Their rollback is not your pickup path. Cross it only if you can see the sphere.

Farming the wrong game. Push A Rock, Push and Slide, and Push Rock for Brainrots pay different currencies on different maps. Place 139574563597312 is the farm this page describes.

A repeatable session, not a miracle run

Set a small goal: enough coins for the next board slot, not World 6. World 4 is already around a 0.4% badge win rate; Worlds 5 and 6 are near zero. Using those maps as your “quick farm” is how sessions end in frustration instead of gold. World 2 (around 36%) is the first map gate worth planning. Until it drops, World 1 slides are the job.

Use the progress checklist so you know whether you are earning or wandering. Use the world tracker so a new backdrop does not trick you into thinking the farm changed. The loop on how to play does not get a secret idle mode after 13 April 2026.

When a slide feels automatic, you are done with this page. The bottleneck has moved to spend (how to get partners) or to maps. Stop rereading coin advice and go buy something that changes the shove. The next income spike is a better hold plus a still-clean descent, not a hidden coin spawner this wiki would have listed if it existed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for hill climbs, partners, and world badges.

How do you farm coins in Push the Rock?

Push the boulder uphill, leave the lane before your avatar tires, then slide or run down collecting coins. Height helps only if you survive the rollback.

Does auto-push farm coins for me?

Auto-push extends the climb. Coins still come from the descent. If you AFK in the lane when the hold ends, the rock can crush you and the farm stops.

Should I save a huge pile before buying a partner?

No. Buy a helper you can feel, then farm with it. Unspent coins do not push. See how to get partners.

Why did I get fewer coins after a longer climb?

You probably got hit on the way down. A short clean slide pays more than a heroic wipe. Rehearse the let-go on how to play.

Can codes replace the slide farm?

Not on this wiki’s evidence. The codes UI exists, but there is no verified public list as of September 2026. The slide is the income.

Is World 1 enough to farm?

Yes, for the early board and the speed boost. Later worlds are map gates with much lower badge win rates, not a required coin dungeon.
