Your first Push the Rock session

Spawn on World 1, shove the boulder, flip auto-push, and get off the lane before the rock rolls back.

Getting Started

When you press Play on Studio Stinky’s Push the Rock, Roblox drops you onto World 1 with a boulder already in the lane. There is no loadout screen and no combat tutorial. The first session is a hill, a rock, a tired avatar, and a slide that pays in coins. This page walks that visit from spawn so you do not spend ten minutes in the wrong experience or standing in the rollback.

Confirm the place before you push. Push the Rock is place 139574563597312, universe 9745798212, created by Studio Stinky. It is not Push A Rock, not Push and Slide, and not Push Rock for Brainrots. Those titles copy the Sisyphus joke and sometimes copy a codes button. If your spawn is a prison gym or a Brainrot shop, leave and reopen the official experience.

The experience is free. Public trackers list no gamepasses. Servers cap at 18 players and use R15. Other avatars share the slope. They are traffic, not a raid you must form. Give them space on the way down.

Spawn and the first shove

World 1 is the only hill you need on day one. The Welcome badge fires for everyone — a 100% win rate — so do not wait for a quest giver. Walk to the boulder, plant your avatar against it, and push uphill. Movement is standard Roblox: WASD on keyboard, thumbstick on mobile or controller. Space jumps. Auto-push and the codes field live on HUD buttons. This wiki will not invent extra keybinds. The full list sits on controls.

Push until the slope steepens and you feel the hold fail. The rock is not glued to your hands. Your avatar tires, lets go, and gravity takes the boulder. If you remain in the lane, it rolls back and crushes you. The first useful skill is not “push harder.” It is noticing the moment the hold is about to break and stepping out of the path.

You will see other players stacking on the same rock. A crowd can look like progress and still wipe together when auto-push drops. Watch your own avatar, not the person in front of you.

Flip auto-push, then leave the lane

Once the on-screen auto-push control appears, use it. The game already ships an in-game toggle. You do not need a third-party farm to learn the loop; if you later read the scripts hub, treat in-game auto-push as the baseline and how to execute as a separate, riskier topic.

Auto-push keeps the boulder climbing while you watch the slope. When the avatar tires, step sideways or start the descent. Standing behind a free-rolling rock is how first sessions end. The full loop — push, optional auto-push, tire, dodge, slide, spend — is unpacked on how to play. Use this page to survive the first two cycles, not to plan World 6.

If the boulder is already coming down, do not try to restick it from the front. Turn, run or slide, and collect. Pride pays zero coins.

Slide, coins, and the partner board

After a push, turn downhill. Slide or run the path and scoop coins. Height helps only if you are alive at the bottom. A crushed run banks nothing. Treat the first two descents as practice for the let-go, then start caring about pickup lines. How to farm coins is the dedicated safety page; here the rule is simpler: get off the lane, keep moving, cash what you touched.

Open the partner board as soon as you can afford a helper. Partners unlock individually. Gameplay footage shows pop-culture figures — a Squid Game mask man is the example players notice — and a speed boost as a separate unlock. Do not dump a first stack on a joke portrait you cannot explain. Read how to get partners before you tap every face, then use the partner tier list if you want a ranking instead of a vibe.

A codes field sits on the HUD. As of September 2026 this wiki has not independently verified a public working list. Learn the button on how to redeem codes, then ignore lists copied from Push and Slide. If a real code appears later, find new codes is the page that should change, not this beginner walkthrough.

First-session checklist

  1. Confirm Studio Stinky and place 139574563597312.
  2. Push on World 1 until auto-push is visible on the HUD.
  3. Practice one clean let-go without eating the boulder.
  4. Slide for coins. Do not stand in the rollback.
  5. Buy the cheapest useful partner or the speed boost, not a meme with no effect you can feel.
  6. Glance at badges: Welcome is free; World 2 is the first real gate, around a 36% win rate.
  7. Bookmark the worlds walkthrough and the world tracker so the next session has a target.

The last known experience update is 13 April 2026 after a 17 February 2026 launch. The loop above still matches current footage. If a HUD label moves after a later patch, check updates and the April 2026 notes.

What not to do in the first twenty minutes

Do not chase World 4 because a thumbnail showed a flag. World 4 sits around a 0.4% win rate. Worlds 5 and 6 are near zero, with only hundreds of awards. Do not paste codes from a different rock game. Do not stand still when auto-push drops. Do not skip the slide — coins, not a personal best height, buy the next partner.

Do not treat the 18-player server as a co-op puzzle you must solve before you are allowed to push. You can complete the first session alone. Other people on the hill are optional company and extra collision.

When the first session feels readable, stop rereading spawn advice. Switch to coin farming so the descent is the farm, then pick a partner build instead of buying every face on the board. The progress checklist is enough tracking until World 2 actually drops.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for hill climbs, partners, and world badges.

Where do I spawn in Push the Rock?

On World 1. There is no separate tutorial island. The Welcome badge is awarded to everyone, so you can start pushing as soon as you load in.

What should I buy first?

A partner you can feel on the next shove, or the speed boost if that is the affordable unlock. Skip joke portraits until you have read how to get partners.

Why did the rock crush me after a good push?

Your avatar tires and lets go. The boulder rolls back down the lane. Step aside or start the slide before that happens. How to play covers the full loop.

Are there gamepasses I should buy on day one?

Public trackers list no known gamepasses for this universe. Progression is coins, partners, boosts, and world badges. Recheck the Roblox store tab after patches.

Should I redeem codes during the first session?

Find the HUD codes button so you know it exists, then stop. This wiki has no independently verified public list as of September 2026. See how to redeem.

Is this the same game as Push and Slide?

No. Push the Rock is Studio Stinky's experience. Push and Slide, Push A Rock, and Push Rock for Brainrots are different places. Using their wikis or code lists here wastes the session.
